Fire and Friends in the Forest

Join us in the Ostermundigen forest!

We’ll be there from 12.00-17.00 so you can come and go anytime that suits you.

We will have a fire and you are welcome to bring something for yourself to cook on the fire.

We will not have sound healing but we will have a speaker to play music and some instruments if anyone is interested to play.

Dress for the weather. Even if it rains we will still meet because there is a shelter to cover the fire.

Instruments, games, or flow toys would be highly encouraged!
